Passion Fruit Jam


Passion Fruit 600g

 Sugar 300g


1. Passion fruit is washed, cut in half, and the flesh is dug out with a small spoon.

2. Add the sugar and stir well. Put it in the refrigerator and let it stand for 2 hours.

3. Remove and pour into a stainless pot, heat over medium heat and bring to a boil.

4. Turn to low heat and stir while stirring until the color becomes darker and the juice becomes slightly thicker.

5. Load it into a jam jar while it is still hot, and then store it in the refrigerator after it has completely cooled.
