White sugar few

Water 75 g

Gelatin 1



  1. Gelatin is soaked in water and softened for later use.

  2. Passion fruit is cut open, the flesh is dug out and placed in a heatable cup.

  3. Add just the right amount of sugar and pour in hot water. (Personal preference for sweetness and sweetness, try to find out the right sweetness and sweetness by yourself)

  4. Add gelatine tablets and stir until melted.

  5. The liquid sits in cold water and keeps stirring. When the resistance appears when stirring, it can be transferred to the pudding mold!

  6. Refrigerate to cool and shape.
